Interview Series

1. If you could live out your WILDEST dream with no fear of failure, what would you be doing?

I am currently living my wildest dream! After a difficult time for everyone in the world, I decided to leave my country to come to the US. I left everything, my family, my friends, and the job that I had at the time to pursue my goals. I want to create a second life here in the States and in the future, I would love to be able to work in my country as well. This decision has been very difficult to make and it changed my life in every single way.

2. What is the most memorable, funniest, or craziest thing that has happened to you on your entertainment journey?

The most memorable thing that has happened to me on my entertainment journey was when I auditioned for Madonna, my biggest idol and inspiration. I got to the end of the audition and this was one of my biggest achievements.

3. What is the best advice you have received regarding your entertainment journey? And who did it come from?

I always get the best advice from my dearest friends, who also work in the entertainment industry. They all are super talented. The best advice from one of them, which I will always remember is to be myself unapologetically and to never compare myself to others. We are all different people with different personalities and backgrounds.

4. What has been your biggest challenge in the entertainment industry?

I lived through my biggest challenge in the entertainment industry when I was in my country. Dance jobs in Italy almost always required a particular height or measurement. I didn't reflect those standards and I felt disappointed and defeated. I almost quit dance but I decided to push through regardless of the external circumstances.

5. What advice would you give to someone that was just starting out?

My advice is to not imitate other people. I aspire to be the best version of myself. Drawing inspiration from someone is one thing but trying to be someone else is a losing game, at the end you are just pretending to be someone you are not and people will see through it.

6. If your social media had the power to influence positive change in the world, what would you use it for?

I use my social media platforms to share my story and to encourage my followers/friends to strive for the best. When you are aware that the people around you go through the same thing, you can support each other. There's a comfort in knowing that we all feel and go through more or less the same thing, we go through the same human experience.
